  1月19日,党中央、国务院开展“国家工程师奖”首次评选表彰,一批工程技术人员的优秀代表,获评“国家卓越工程师团队”和“国家卓越工程师”称号。

  今天,一起来关注“国家卓越工程师”称号获得者——赵斗。30多年来,他主持设计了上百个铁路项目,从我国首条30吨轴重的重载铁路,到走出国门的印尼“雅万高铁”,赵斗带领团队深入一线,不断攻克难题,在铁路勘察设计方面取得一系列突破。

  在中国铁路设计集团有限公司的办公室里,赵斗正在与团队成员探讨最新一条高铁线路的规划方案。像这样的铁路勘察设计工作,赵斗已经做了三十多年,京津城际、京沪高铁,除了许多我们熟悉的线路,我国第一条满足30吨轴重标准的重载铁路,也出自这位工程师之手。

  “国家卓越工程师称号”获得者 中国铁路设计集团有限公司副总工程师 赵斗:重载铁路比我们普通的铁路运输能力更大,成本更低,应该说在煤炭还有矿石等大宗运量中能够发挥更大的作用。

  2009年,我国已有重载铁路,但运力相对不足。建设一条运力大、高标准的重载铁路,成为了赵斗的主要研究方向。为了助力西煤东运,赵斗团队规划起一条西起山西省吕梁市兴县瓦塘镇,东至山东省日照市,长度超过1260km的瓦日铁路。当时,我国重载铁路最大设计轴重为25吨,在瓦日铁路的设计中,赵斗带领团队组织开展了30吨轴重标准研究。轴重是重载铁路设计的关键指标,轴重增加意味着列车的载量更大、运力更强,不过同时也会给铁路的路基,桥梁、隧道、轨道等带来更大、更复杂的作用力,因此其建设也有更大难度和更高要求。赵斗带领团队,几乎走遍了设计线路沿线的每一片山川、每一个村镇,摸清地质条件,并解决了一系列技术难题。2014年,瓦日铁路正式通车运行,成为我国第一条一次性建成的30吨轴重重载铁路。

  “国家卓越工程师称号”获得者 中国铁路设计集团有限公司副总工程师 赵斗:我们最新的数据,瓦日铁路年运量已经超过了1亿吨,它形成了一个新的西煤东运大能力的通道。

  有了瓦日铁路的设计经验,赵斗带领团队建立起我国重载铁路设计的统一标准,构建了30吨轴重重载铁路成套设计技术,为我国能源运输保障做出了积极贡献。此后,赵斗又主持设计了上百个铁路项目,并且跟随中国高铁“出海”。这一次,他要拿下的项目是中国高铁的海外“第一单”——印尼雅万高铁。

  “国家卓越工程师称号”获得者 中国铁路设计集团有限公司副总工程师 赵斗:整个爪哇岛都是火山喷发形成的地质条件,包括活动断裂、沉降、软土这些不良地质比较多。

  雅万高铁沿线地质条件和外部环境复杂,给项目实施带来了极大困难。赵斗带领团队因地制宜,组织开展了40多项重大课题研究,逐个突破难题。不管是人迹罕至的热带雨林,还是深山陡坡的崎岖小路,赵斗和团队成员在烈日下全副武装、肩扛手提20公斤重的仪器穿行其间,一走就是一整天。一个月下来,他们徒步300余公里,终于确定了最适宜的方案。

  现在,在赵斗的办公桌上,还摆放着一张特殊的车票,那是他首次乘坐雅万高铁时留存的。

  “国家卓越工程师称号”获得者 中国铁路设计集团有限公司副总工程师 赵斗:印尼的这些民众有的在跳跃,有的在拍照,作为我们建设方,我们觉得非常自豪。通过这一幕,我们也想到了,当时我们没有高铁的时候,到国外去考察,也跟国外高铁车辆、车站合影。后来通过我们自主创新,不但掌握了高铁技术,还把它发扬光大、走出国门,这种感觉尤其不一样。

  目前赵斗又继续投身于雄安至忻州、太原至绥德等多条高铁线路的规划设计。
